Myholidays accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Net Banking.
How can I cancel my booking?
When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Myholidays collect your payment information and process your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Myholidays accepts the following payment methods: Visa/Master Card credit cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking, Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation. Payment will be listed as Myholidays Holidays on the bank statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Can I get a refund?
All refund requests for canceled reservations must be submitted throughMyholidays, as the vendor will not be able to process the refund, therefore, it is mandatory to contact them for all refund requests, the refund process duration may take up to 15 business days.
How can I get a refund?
Most of their airline tickets, hotels and service fees are non-refundable. They can accept refund requests only if All the conditions listed below have been met:
• you have applied for a cancellation and refund with them and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds;
• They have sent an acknowledgment of your Cancellation and Refund request with details of Amount to be refunded;
• you are not a “no show” (most “no show” bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing); and
• They are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund
