Kinetix Casual Luxury accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, and PayPal.
All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 Days of receipt of the package.
Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of the package, unfortunately, the return will not be eligible for processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, one of their team members will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, can take anywhere from 2–3 weeks.
