Dot & Key accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards.
No, Dot & Key ships within India only.
Once your order has been placed, they will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
There are no shipping charges for orders equal to or above the billing value of INR 600. However, if your order is less than INR 599, there will be a shipping charge of INR 75.
Your order can only be canceled if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to their customer support team at care@dotandkey.com.
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or have been shipped incorrectly. An email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for them to accept the request.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform them within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to them at care@dotandkey.com.
If you made an online payment, they will refund the amount back to the original source (debit or credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
