Vroom Drive accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Wallets, Payments need to be made in advance through their website or mobile app.

Charges a minimal security deposit to cover itself against any damages that may happen during the course of the journey.

No, the Security deposit is paid online while making the booking payment.

How long before the can user book the car?

You can book a minimum of 3.5 hours in advance for Home Delivery and hub pickup.

Can the car be returned early?

Yes, you can return the car early. The amount charged still remains the same, however user has to give prior intimation in case Home delivery

Can someone else apart from me drive during the trip?

You can Request to add a co-driver during your trip by sending a mail and getting a confirmation from them. If that person is not a Vroom Drive member, then ask them to register in the Website/Mobile app by uploading their DL and Aadhar and get verified by them. Please do remember, that you are still responsible for the vehicle during your reservation. If a Non-Vroom Drive approved person drives the vehicle, then the booked customer will be responsible, and limited liability will be void

How does Vroom Drive ensure my safety during the journey?

All cars are equipped with best-in-class GPS devices and provide round-the-clock information about the car and its movement. Vroom Drive cars are also fitted with ABS & airbags for your utmost safety.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Go to the My Trip page on the Website/App, select the respective booking, and press the cancel button. Pls refer fee policy section for cancellation charges

What do I do if I meet with an accident?

Immediately notify Vroom Drive by calling to support desk and Vroom Drive will guide you through the entire process. Vroom Drive will guide you to coordinate everything with the police, insurance, and roadside assistance. Do not leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to sign several formal documents associated with the accident.
