What is the payment method?
UK Tights accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
How can I return and a refund?
You have 28 days to return or exchange any order. All UK returns are free to post. Please use the free post sticker on your delivery note or you can print one out here. You must obtain proof of postage from your post office. Your return parcel can take up to 5 working days to arrive back with UK Tights. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, they must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in its original resalable condition. If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be required. International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items. Non-UK customers cannot use free post labels and they cannot reimburse postage to international customers, so they advise economy postage or basic tracking only. They may be able to reimburse economy posts for faulty items. You must write "Returning Unwanted Goods To UK Retailer" on your return box. If this is not done, you may be charged duty. This cannot be covered by themselves. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging (for hygiene reasons, they cannot accept items where the seal on the packet has been broken or opened and the hosiery must not have been taken out of the packet).
How to cancel the order?
To cancel orders please email them as soon as possible. Alternatively, telephone them on UK:01625 460180. Outside UK: +441625 460180. If your order has already been dispatched, simply return it as outlined in their returns policy. You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you placed it. If it has been dispatched, then you have the responsibility to return the goods correctly. A full refund will be given including postage and return costs. If you are outside of the UK, you must contact customer service initially to discuss your return.
What types of items can I return?
As per Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, UK Tights socks, hold-ups, or stockings can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty. Leggings, swimwear or lingerie can be tried on if the tags remain intact and they are returned with all packaging. Items must be worn over your own underwear for hygiene reasons. Please use any hygiene strips supplied.
What if my items are faulty?
Faulty items that you have opened and worn can be returned. If your items develop a fault upon first wear they may be returnable, even after the 30 day period. This is at the discretion of their returns department. Please follow all care instructions as this affects eligibility.
