While taking the delivery of your car, you will need to show your original driving license and id proof (same as the ones whose details you provided while making the booking). These documents will be verified for validity. In case these documents are unavailable/invalid/unverifiable, your booking will be subject to cancellation. Revv’s decision in this matter will be final and binding. Please note that a driving license printed on A4 sheets of paper (original or otherwise) will not be considered as a valid document.
You can modify or cancel your booking through either their app, or website, or by calling them. Their ability to modify/cancel the booking and the relevant charges depend upon your time of informing them and the availability of cars. Please refer to their fee policy for more details on the allowable modifications and applicable charges.
On your return, please check out your booking using their app. You also have the option of calling them to notify them. Even if you forget to notify them, you will be charged only till the actual end time of your booking.
In case of shortening, they can try arranging an earlier pickup of the car, if you inform them at least 3 hours before your preferred pick-up time. However, no charges or refunds will be applicable on the base fare for the original trip.
All refunds are typically made within 10 days of completing the bookings. However, in some cases, there might be some procedural delays from the banks. Please do let them know in case your refund has not been credited to your account within 10 days and they will make sure they do everything they can to expedite it.
For brand new car: You can select from 25+ car models available on the Revv website. Next, you need to share some details and documents about you (Driving License, Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof, Income Proof etc.), through which they will confirm your eligibility for Revv car subscriptions. Once that is done, you need to pay a refundable deposit based on the car and usage period that you select, and Revv will order the car for you. In most situations, they will be able to deliver the car within a month. Prior to delivery, you need to pay the first month’s advance fee.
