Lune ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

How do I track my order?

Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

I’ve placed an order online and need an update. Who do I call or email?

You can reach out directly to orders@shoplune.com. All of your orders are packed by hand from the studio, Monday-Saturday, 11 - 7 pm. That is the best time to contact them and expect a timely response. They take up to 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated.

Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?

Lune do not refund for packages lost in transit. Lune are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Lune is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at Lune and will incur a reshipment fee.

My jewelry is broken or damaged, Can I get a replacement?

Lune will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 48 hours from the date you receive it, if the damage is on account of a manufacturing issue on their part.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Lune jewelry is very delicate, it cannot be handled roughly like statement pieces. Just like glass can break, delicate jewelry will break too if not handled with care. For example, if they added a thicker chain to our starburst necklace, it wouldn't look as pretty as their current piece. There's a lot of design planning and visual consideration before we make a piece to maintain its delicate design aesthetic. However, Lune is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so Lune can determine the best course of action. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase. Discontinued designs cannot be repaired especially if it was purchased from us 6 months ago or more.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Lune store policy is NO refunds or returns, though they are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receiving them for a different item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made on sale days are final sales and cannot be exchanged. Piercings such as Earrings and Nose pins cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
