They at Go Buttons strive to deliver to you at the earliest, so in case some products from their vendors take time to reach them they will ship the products that are available with them immediately to you and send the remaining in another shipment. They will not charge you separately for the two shipments.

Why didn’t I get all the products I ordered?

In some cases, there could be an item in your order that may have failed their Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch and doesn't have an alternate QC passed item. In case this happens they’ll ship that part of the Order that is available in stock. In case they are unable to fulfil your purchase they will refund you the payment made towards that particular product.

They provide a 30 days return policy to our customers. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
