For orders placed over the phone, You may track your order(s) via the email confirmations you received from them. Your order status is updated for you via email and SMS at every step. For orders placed on the website, You may track your order by going to the Track Your Order tab at the bottom of the homepage.

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number. The easiest way to track your order once dispatched is to type the order number in the “Track Your Order” Tab at the bottom of the homepage.

You will get a call from their delivery team confirming the tentative date and time of delivery. However, in rare cases, if they are not able to find you at your address, when they reach you, they will leave a notice or message at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement. They also request that you provide the correct address and phone number at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable at the contact number, please inform them in advance so that they can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.

Since most of their furniture is customised and made to order, cash on delivery is not allowed.

NON FURNITURE ITEMS: For non-furniture items under Rs. 5000 invoice amount, if you want to cancel the order, if it is not shipped from their warehouse, they levy Rs. 500 as Cancellation charges. If item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is damaged or defective. They will offer replacement or refund for any such defective items. Within 15 days of the receipt of the product in their warehouse.

FOR SOFAS AND FURNITURE: Most of their furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

FOR ALL THE OTHER PRODUCTS: Once they have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, they will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as covered by the 2 year service warranty). They request that the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.

Currently, they do not replace the items ordered. Only in the case of any damage or defect may they offer a replacement.

In the event that Furnstyl decides to refund you the amount due to goods received in damaged or defective condition, they will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refund period includes the time taken by Furnstyl to complete the refund process but excludes any delays on the part of banks or card issuers or shipment time in the case of check refunds. The refund will usually go back onto the same card you used to place the order with them and will be paid back to you via a return transaction.
