Does Eluxury ship Internationally?
Eluxury ships to almost every country in the world to select products. Some larger items (furniture, mattresses, platform beds) are unable to ship outside of the United States.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Eluxury use Federal Express (FedEx) for domestic shipments and USPS for international shipments.

What is your return policy?
Eluxury have a 30-day return/exchange policy for all of their products, with the exception of their line of mattresses, which have a 120 night trial period.
