What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Delivery times are counted as working days (Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of dispatch. In very rare cases, orders can sometimes get lost in the post. For UK customers, they can class a parcel as lost once 10 working days have passed since the date of dispatch. For overseas orders, they can class a parcel as lost once 25 working days have passed since the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within these times, please contact them so they can investigate with UK Royal Mail. Lost parcel investigations must be made within 45 days from the date of dispatch, so you must report any non-receipt issues within this timeframe. After this time they are unable to assist.
During busy sale periods, there may be a small delay in dispatch due to a higher volume of orders received.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! You can also choose to collect your order from over 4000 HubBox Collect Points Nationwide for free. Simply select “Click & Collect” on the checkout delivery page, enter your delivery postcode and select the HubBox location most convenient for you.
Can I amend my order?
Due to the quick turnaround time of our orders, they are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been confirmed. Please double check that all details of your order are correct, including items, sizes and shipping address, before making payment. If you have any queries regarding your order, you can contact us between 8:30 am and 6 pm GMT Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy?
Brastop understand how difficult lingerie shopping can be, that’s why they aim to keep it as easy as possible. If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it to them in its original unworn condition with tags and labels attached for a no-quibble refund.
