What is Bed Threads returns policy?
Bed Threads offer returns for change of mind purchases. Please notify them within 14 days from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.
To complete your return, please send an email to Bed Threads at [email protected] with your name, order number and reason for return. Once your eligibility for return has been approved please send your item back to Bed Threads preferably using a tracked method. Bed Threads can not accept responsibility for lost packages on their way back to them. Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and promotional items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Will I be refunded the shipping fee when returning an item?
If you paid for shipping on your original order, you will not be refunded this amount. You will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item. Exceptions apply if a product is defective or faulty when received. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Does Bed Threads offer exchanges?
If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item you no longer require and let Bed Threads know via [email protected] Once received they will issue you a credit note for the value of your returned item and you can place a new order on the website. If items are defective or damaged they will be replaced at their cost. Please email Bed Threads at [email protected] to initiate the process.
