They aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days from dispatch, however, they do recognise that there are events that can occur that are out of their control; such as carrier/postal delays. They’re really quick at picking and packing your order to dispatch once it’s been placed, which means they can’t make any changes to your order details, delivery address or payment method. If you no longer require your order, please return it to them when it arrives and they will issue you with a refund.

They accept returns for products purchased directly from them within 28 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons they cannot accept products that have been washed, tried on or worn.

Once the products are returned, you will be notified once your return has been received and your refund has been issued. Your original delivery charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. They aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days of the goods being received by them.

Unfortunately, they cannot accept responsibility for shipping costs and lost or damaged packages in transit. When returning your items to them, they recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage and keep a record of your tracking number when posting your return to them.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item upon arrival, please report this to them within 7 days of receipt.

If you believe you have a product with a fault, get in touch with their team. All of their products are covered by a product guarantee and if a true manufacturing fault has been identified they will investigate and provide you with an exchange/refund.
