If your order status is 'in production' or 'shipped', this means that the order has been made and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by phone, so that they can make the necessary changes to the order status for you immediately.
My gift has arrived damaged, what can I do?
Oh dear, what a shame that your gift has been damaged while being shipped to you. Please contact their Customer Service department, so that they can determine what has happened and offer a fitting solution. If you are contacting them through email, it can be helpful to add a photo of the damage and your order number.
Can I exchange or return my gift?

My order is incomplete, what can I do?
