How often will I get this box?
Your Wickbox will ship on or around the 15th of the month. For subscribers who sign up after the 20th, your first box will ship the following month. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 23rd of each month, which will be the charge for the following month’s box. Their partner brands focus on quality like lead-free wicks and superior wax (their favourites are soy, coconut, and vegetable) as well as beautifully designed, on-trend containers. Many of their candles are hand-poured in the United States.
How can I get the most out of my candle?
Trim your wick to 1/4” between burns. Wax has a memory so the melt pool will only go as far each time as you allow it to with the first burn. Make sure you allow enough time for the wax to liquefy all the way to the edges to prevent tunnelling and wastage. A good rule of thumb is to let it burn for about 1 hour for every inch in diameter of the candle. A handy infographic card with our tips will be included in your first box.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. You must notify them within 7 days of receipt to receive a replacement for a damaged item. Please save the item(s), all packaging & email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to
[email protected] for approval and instructions before returning the item(s). Please note all subscriptions and gift subscriptions are non-returnable & non-refundable.
