How do I cancel an order?
Please contact them as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped they cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service or email to netshop01.com!
An item was damaged while shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund after rejecting it. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier.
What payment method do you accept?
TomTop accepts PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, BOLETO, QIWI as secure payment methods.
How can I track my order?
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left their warehouse Processing: You can check the status in “My Orders” page in your TOMTOP account. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from them. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.
