They do have a few requirements, just to be fair - They’re happy to take back unworn/unwashed item(s) and they cannot be personalized. This means the tags still have to be attached, they can’t have stains, and they don’t cover washing mishaps, like bleach in the laundry. The only thing they ask is that you pay the return shipping and include a note in the package with your order number stating if you’d like a refund or an exchange. Please make sure the billing address entered on their site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Orders placed that include a back ordered item that is within 5 business days of arrival, your shipment will be held until they receive the item and your order will be shipped in full.
