Pantaloons ships within India only.

Once the order is placed, Pantaloons ships the order through one of their various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an Email and an SMS informing you of the details of the courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment. They shall also send a tracking link for real-time updates on your shipment.

For orders where the amount payable is below, a shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable to all orders. The charges will be waived for orders amounting to Rs.1000 and above.

Pantaloons uses a reputed logistics provider/partner to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of their logistic partners would pick up the product from them and deliver it to you.

The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically it takes 3 – 5 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Certain tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 7 days. Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 days.

‘My Account’ would provide you with complete information about your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive torn or tampered packaging, they urge you to kindly reject the delivery and write to them at customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com, and they will help you.

However, if you have accepted the shipment and sensed tampering or mismatches in the products delivered, they request that you kindly record a video while unpacking and also capture a couple of images for them to swiftly act. Please share the same with customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com, and they will investigate and help you with regards to it.

Unfortunately, they do not have a provision for this. If you do not like a product, you may initiate a return against it and the product will duly get picked up from your mentioned address.

Refunds would be initiated once the item was picked up by their logistic provider. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of successful pickup. For prepaid orders, the actual credit in your source account may take 3-5 business days as per the bank used for payment. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, Greencard points, e-Gift Vouchers, or Pantaloons Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Pantaloons Credits account within 24-48 hours of successful pickup.

If you choose the selfship option, the refund will be initiated once the item reaches their WH and clears the quality check.
