L’Occitane uses Royal Mail to send their parcels. However, they may use an alternative carrier for large orders or specific requirements.
How will I know if you have successfully received my order?
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with them online before. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order online by signing in to My Account and then clicking “Order History”.
My order has arrived damaged, what are my options?
They’re sorry your item(s) arrived damaged. Please email them or call on 0800 368 9000 (Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Saturdays 9.00 am-5.00 pm) with your order number ready and they’ll be happy to discuss your options.
What is L’Occitane return policy?
L’Occitane creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product within 45 days of purchase, they will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment, except cash. Items purchased with cash in their boutiques may only be exchanged or store credit will be issued. All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
