How do I return an item?
Returns Policy:
Kitbag’s Return Process is simple. Customers can return their merchandise up to 365 days from the date of despatch of the package. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. The returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed. It can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed. Customers will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. All return charges are the customer's liability.

In line with customers' right to cancel, if customers return their full order within 14 days of such order, Kitbag will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if customers choose a type of delivery other than the standard and least expensive method of delivery).
