How do I manually reset my Jabra Evolve 65 headset to the default settings?
When you reset your Jabra Evolve 65, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared. To reset, simultaneously press and hold (5 seconds) the Answer/end button and the Volume up button until the LED blinks green 5 times indicating the reset is complete. After resetting you must re-pair your Jabra Evolve 65 with your Bluetooth devices, including the Jabra Link 360/370.
Can I use just one of my Jabra earbuds?
Yes, you can use the right earbud alone for mono playback of music or calls. Use your connected mobile device to control the volume and track. You cannot use the left earbud alone because it connects only to the right earbud—not to the mobile device. Only the right earbud connects directly to the mobile device.

To turn on your Jabra Elite 75t/Elite Active 75t, remove the earbuds from the charging case. To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case. Alternatively, to manually turn on the earbuds, simultaneously press and hold (2 seconds) the Left and Right buttons. The earbuds will flash green to indicate they have been turned on. To turn off the earbuds, simultaneously press and release the Left and Right buttons. The earbuds will flash red to indicate they have been turned off.
How do I charge my Jabra Elite 75t/Elite Active 75t?
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the earbuds. When you open the lid, the LEDs on the earbuds will flash red, yellow, or green to indicate the battery status of the earbuds. The LED on the back of the charging case indicates the battery status of the charging case. When the earbuds are at low battery, 15 minutes of charge time will give a minimum of 45 minutes of battery. This fast charge option requires that the charging case be fully charged. You can check the current battery status of the earbuds and charging case in the Jabra Sound+ app.
My Jabra device becomes warm when I charge it using a wireless charger. Is this safe?
While charging your Jabra device using a wireless charger, the device and charger may become warm to the touch. Wireless chargers take longer to fully charge a device, which may result in the device becoming warm. This elevated temperature is within safe operating requirements and has no bearing on the lifespan or performance of the device. Why is the Jabra Assist message readout not active in my headset?
If Facebook Messenger Chat Heads are active, then Jabra Assist message readout in your headset is not active. A Chat Head is a notification of a received message that shows a picture of the sender. When you use Chat Heads, you can view and reply to messages from the current screen without opening Facebook Messenger.
