There are multiple ways that you can track your package. Once the order ships, you will get an email with tracking numbers. You can track your order directly at FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number. You can do the same by clicking on the tracking number link on the email.

For invitation orders, with mailing service to send your invitations directly to your guests, they go out USPS First Class Mail and no tracking available. For an additional cost, they can send your invitations with tracking. Please contact customer service if you like more information about mailing service with tracking.

Please note that they do not mark up shipping or postage. Because of their strong partnership with shipping carriers, they get substantial discounts from FedEx and USPS. Invitation In A Bottle pass all of them to their valuable customers as savings.

Further note that bottles are somewhat bulky and we need to pack them well for safe shipping.

Please contact customer service via phone, email or chat for a return authorization number (RMA). You must contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the order. Please note that personalized items are not returnable. Upon receiving an RMA, please ship products back to them and allow 3-4 weeks for the refund to process.

For kits with no printing only, they will accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as all materials are intact, not damaged and have not been used. Invitation In A Bottle charge a 25% re-stocking fee and do not refund shipping charges, and you must contact us for a return authorization number. For assembled invitation orders, if no design work has been completed there is a $10 cancellation charge. If design work has begun, they will refund 75% of your total. Upon design approval, no refund will be given. Rush orders may not be cancelled.
