Equestrian Collections is sorry for this picking error. Please contact Customer Service toll-free and they will send out the correct product. Equestrian Collections will arrange for the return of the incorrect items back to them at their cost.
What if I want to return the item?
You are welcome to return the item in the new condition under their 30-Day Return Policy. Equestrian Collections will refund your purchase price less shipping in the same. Equestrian Collections will not pay for return shipping. Please make sure that you use proper packaging and purchase insurance at the Post Office for your own protection when returning an item to them. If the item is not received back or is received in a non-sellable condition, Equestrian Collections will not be able to issue a refund. Returns that are received after 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a store credit.
