When will my package ship?
All orders are shipped from their warehouse from their Sydney location using Australia Post or a special courier. They try to ship orders out as fast as possible. If you order before 12 noon on a business day they will likely ship your order the same day. Otherwise, it will likely ship the next business day. They will ship directly to you from their warehouse in Australia, the time it takes will vary based on where you are.
What should I do If I receive a faulty item?
Emamaco prides itself on its superior quality products. If you believe that a purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact their customer service team at support@emamaco.com with a description and images of the product’s fault as soon as possible. All faulty garments need to be returned to Emamaco. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase. Personal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally, manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.
How should I return my item?
Let them know within 10 days of receiving your order. All original tags must remain attached and Emamaco branded bag undamaged. Items you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and returned in original condition. Must be returned to them within 30 days of receiving items.
