What is the EasySkinz cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 31 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 31 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform them of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Can I make changes to my order?
They are really quick in processing your order, which means that sometimes they may not be able to change it. No matter what, please write to them as soon as possible, but no later than 6 hours from the moment you’ve placed your order at hello@easyskinz.com.
I’ve received incorrect items, what do I do?
They will always ensure sorting this out straight away. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send them email at hello@skiniz.com.
When do I get the refund once I have returned an item?
Please allow at least 10-15 working days from posting the product(s) back to them for the refund to reach your account. This may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the refund payment.
