What are the payments methods?
Easewall accepts payments through all the major debit/credits cards and PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, they ships internationally.
Do you accept returns?
Not satisfied with your purchase? They allow you to return your unopened and uninstalled Easewall products within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost. No questions asked. They do ask you to pay for the return shipment. Your refund will be issued after the item has been checked for correctness in their warehouse. To initiate the return process, send them an email at martijn@easewall.com.
Can I cancel my order?
If you accidentally made a mistake while ordering, let them know right away. Preferable by calling them directly at +31625018698. Once they receive your order they will get to work on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in progress. You may have the option of returning the item once it is received.
What do I do if I receive a damaged order?
When you receive a damaged product, make sure to create pictures that clearly show the packaging or the product that is damaged. Please do so within 10 business days after receipt of your order. They cannot accept damages after this period, unfortunately.
What is Easewall made of?
Easewall‘s wallpaper is made of felt. Created out of 100% recycled PET bottles from local waste. No water is used during production. It is an extremely durable product that does not disintegrate their mission is to create a product that has a positive impact on the environment for future generations.
