What payment methods do you accept?
Bubble T Cosmetics accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna, Apple Pay, American Express and Shop Pay.
How can I track my order?
Clicked on your tracking number and seen a screen on the Royal Mail tracking site saying ‘an update will only be provided when they attempt to deliver your item. Yes, that’s not the most informative message here but it does mean good news - this means your parcel has successfully been processed within the Royal Mail system and it’s on the way to you now.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They aim to ship orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday on the same day, however, they cannot guarantee this. Please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery around any sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during the busy Christmas period.
How can I cancel my order?
You should be able to cancel your order within 24 hours but their warehouse can be really quick at getting orders out the door. For further questions email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I return the faulty items?
When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case they need to contact you regarding your return. They strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. They are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
