Can I cancel my order?
Due to their fast order processing service, unfortunately, they are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I think my item is faulty. What do I do?
Their reputation for quality products and service is very important to them, so rest assured that they’ll do everything they can to resolve this issue quickly. Please reach out to their Customer Service team by visiting the Contact Us page for further assistance.
Can I track my order?
All tracking information will be given to you in a confirmation e-mail when your order has been dispatched. If you are not able to see any tracking reference, please reach out to them via the Contact Us and provide the details for your order. They will respond to you as quickly as possible once they have looked into the status of your order.
How will I be refunded?
Your payment will be refunded to the card used to pay for your order. Refunds will be credited to your credit/debit card no later than 14 working days after they receive your returned items. It would then depend on your bank and how long it will take for them to process the refund so that it shows in your account, but most banks process refunds within 3 working days.
Do I have to pay a delivery charge for each item I order?
No. For multiple items that are grouped together in one order, you only pay a single delivery charge.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. They accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. Unfortunately, they cannot accept American Express or Maestro cards.
Can I exchange my purchase?
No problem at all. You’re entitled to an exchange for any item(s) they have in stock, not just a different colour or size. Simply indicate your required product(s) in the ‘Exchange Information’ section on the returns form that came with your order. If the exchange is for a lower priced item, the difference will be refunded to your credit/debit card. Unfortunately, they cannot offer exchanges against higher-priced items. However, they can issue a refund for the returned item and then place a new order with free delivery for you. To arrange this, please contact their customer service team.
