What is the Blue Bungalow returns policy?
Returned items must be in their original condition/packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact.
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items or those that do not match their online description can be returned outside this period.
Returned items (provided they meet all conditions for return) will be eligible for either an ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND only. Blue Bungalow do not exchange.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS POLICY: Blue Bungalow DO NOT accept returns on sale items, earrings or swimwear missing its hygiene stickers, unless faulty.
Does Blue Bungalow deliver to PO boxes in Australia?
Yes, they can deliver to PO Boxes in Australia.
Can I get international shipping?
International orders are all sent via Australia Post – fully tracked. International customers do not pay Australian GST. 10% of the product total will be deducted at the checkout.
Does Blue Bungalow accept returns in store?
Returns can be made either in-store or via post to Blue Bungalow Returns, PO BOX 2400, Ascot QLD 4007. Any returns that fail to meet the appropriate criteria outlined here may be returned to the customer.
Blue Bungalow recommend sending your returns via registered post as they cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
How do I place a CLICK & COLLECT order?
Add your items to cart as usual and select Brisbane Store Pick Up as your shipping method at the checkout. You order will be ready to collect from our Newstead Boutique 2 hours after placing your order. For orders placed at night or over the weekend, the parcel will be ready for collection on the next business day.
