What is the BannerBuzz’ Quality Guarantee?
Their 120-day promise guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issues due to a manufacturing defect during that time period, they will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Bannerbuzz reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not the failed product is covered by their guarantee.
What is the BannerBuzz return policy?
If there are any errors on their part after the artwork has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. They also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced a banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
Go to ‘my account’ to create an online ticket. Here, customers must attach a picture of the damaged banner or incorrect product(s). Typically, a customer representative will respond within one business day and resolve the issue. In some cases, BannerBuzz will ask for additional information related to the damaged banner. Refunds will be issued within 7 days if the online ticket is approved and will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment. If a refund is claimed after 60 days of receiving payments it will be in the form of store credit.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once the approval is given from your side on your order’s proof, it will take 24-48 hours for processing and 6-7 working days for the delivery.
When will I receive a proof for my order?
Customers that use the Design Tool web application, can instantly see the rough image. Their designers will get the finalized proof within 48 hours. If they are designing the banner, it can take up to 48 hours depending on the customer’s request.
